I understand your point, my main concern is if people will actually decide to do it.

You say clothing brands will start using NFTs, but unless you are talking about luxury Luis Vuiton, Chanel, Gucci, Supreme, that's still insecurity speaking, not the instrinsic value of NFTs.

Let's take your Pizzeria example. "The NFT grants their owners the ability to take a number of pizzas and other products each day/week"

Why would anyone pay in perpetuity for food (rhetorical, since they won't). In this case, the only difference between an NFT and a physical contract is that the contract is now on a blockchain and is impossible to counterfit. You're example could be done without a blockchain and without paper itself. I have a database. You login with your private keys and can buy a contract. You can then use my cAPP to transfer ownership to another address. No blockchain required, but web3 wallet friendly.

I think you're trying to connect NFTs with virtual reality, but that's not really necessary. Do you think NFTs and the "metaverse" are very coupled?
